So much fun we had to do it again!

When we held the Kids Clothing Swap we didn’t know what to expect.  You can image our delight when we were asked repeatedly to have a swap for women.  You asked, so we delivered!  Nairobi’s Knapsack and gogreenbabygo teamed up again. To make things really nice for our “moms night out” we enlisted the infamous Laura Mercier to provide us with a make-up artist, so we can get glam.  To help us balance career and family we made sure to book Angelia K. Kane from The Bedtime CEO.  It was a fabulous night.  The perfect combination of wine and h’dourves, make-overs, and advice left us all feeling refreshed and renewed.  And of course all unclaimed items were donated to a local charity.

gogreenbabygo gives back

The weekend of September 12, 2009 was a very special one for gogreenbabygo and our friends at Nairobi’s Knapsack.  This was our chance to give back and support a community that so generously supports us.  Together we held our first Kids Clothing Swap which allowed parents to reuse and recycle their gently used and new clothing with each other.  All unclaimed items went to the Child Development Support Corporation in Brooklyn.  To visit our friends Nairobi’s Knapsack and Child Development Support Corporation online click onto the links below.

gogreenbabygo gets out of the house

One thing about being an internet based business is the reclusiveness of working from home.  On August 8, 2009 we took to the streets at our favorite Brooklyn Eco Eatery, Habana Outpost.  We had tons of fun and will be out in full force again next summer.  Check out the link for Habana Outpost, a super cool place to be.
